INGREDIENTS for 4

  • 8 oranges
  • 500g of anchovies
  • 250g of black olives
  • salt
  • a bit of pink peppe
  • thyme to pleasure

PREPARATION
Peel and separate  the orange cloves , put them, possibly in concentric circles in a low and large boulder. Add the anchovies, previously wrapped around a black olive (1-2) on each orange clove.

Garnish with extra virgin  olive oil, pink pepper and thyme ( if one loves the taste)
