INGREDIENTS for 4

  • 150g of squids
  • 150g of cuttlefishes
  • 200g of clams
  • 100g of mussels
  • 2 twigs of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • oil to pleasure
  • salt
  • 150g fresh tuna
  • 25g of capers
  • 50g of anchovies
  • vinegar to pleasure

PREPARATION
Parboil the fresh fish in salty water to soften it. Drain and smudge the biggest cuttlefishes. Put it all in a bowl to marinate with oil, lemon a little bit of salt and parsley.

Prepare the green sauce chopping garlic, tuna, capers and anchovies and adding oil, vinegar to pleasure.

Serve the fish casting  green sauce on it.
