INGREDIENTS 4 persons

  • 2kg of fish (mussels, clams, cuttlefishes, squids, prawns, canocchie)
  • 1 monkfish
  • 1 sole
  • Extra virigin olive oil
  • 1 glass whitw wine
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic
  • twigs parsley
  • salt
  • grounded pepper
  • chilli pepper
  • 1kg  peeled tomatoes

PREPARATION
Sauteed the onion and garlic in extra virgin oil then add a sprinkle of pepper and chilli pepper. Add the tomato breaked into small pieces, salt and then simmer with a glass of white wine until reduce . Add  some hot water before putting in cuttlefishes ans squids. Let them cook for 30minuits and add the fishes . After 15-20 minutes add the prawns, canocchie, clams and mussels. Let them cook for some minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
