INGREDIENT

  • 150gr almonds
  • 6 eggs
  • 150gr semolina
  • 250gr sugar
  • 1 orange
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • half small bag  vanilla -flavoured yeast

 

PREPARATION
Finely chop the almonds. Beat the egg whites until it forms stiff peaks. Mix the egg yolk with semolina, vanilla-flavoured yeast, the chopped almonds , orange peel and the beated egg whites. Butter a plum cake baking pan, sprinkle it with semolina then pour the mix in. Bake at 180 degree for a half an hour. Melt the dark chocolate ( bain-marie) and pour it on the cooked cake.
