INGREDIENT

  • 1 kg almond
  • 900g sugar
  • 1 glass of water
  • half a lemon
  • cocoa powder
  • cinnamon powder

PREPARATION
Toast the almonds in the oven or in a non-stick pan. Melt the sugar with a half glass of water. When boiling add cocoa and cinnamon. Pour the chopped almonds in the mix and turn until they are completely covered with chocolate. Let it  cool down then sprinkle with  sugar
