INGREDIENTS 4 persons

  • 300g of shelled clams
  • 150g of clams with shell
  • parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • extra virgin olive  oil
  • salt
  • 1 fresh tomato (to pleasure)
  • 1 glass of white wine

PREPARATION
Wash the clams, parboil them before putting them in a pan. Prepare a sauce frying  2  cloves of garlic with some leaves of fresh parley. Then add the tomato made in little pieces, salt and the clams l. Blend with white wine and flavor the fish. Aside cook the spaghetties and lick them in the clam sauce.
