In the area of Tortoreto Station in the 1920s (came to be Alba Adriatica in the later 195os), there were 2 parishes Saint Nicola Bishop and Saint Eufemia V.M.

The Church of Saint Eufemia is still today used by the inhabitants of the area. Its architectural style conjugated Gothic, Roman and Classical styles. After the bombings of the Second World War it underwent to some structural changes.

The Church has a rectangular plan, a single nave and a hut facade. Gothic portals, simple rosettes and windows that flood light inside it.

The bell tower was built in the 1950s with simple bricks.
